The European Report on Quality of Education drafted in May 2000 by the European Commission, says that:<\/p><blockquote>\n<p>\u201cit appears as (...) a priority a greater participation of stakeholders, social partners and civil society\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><p>It also considers that parental involvement is an indicator of quality.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/pagina\/imagen-14-295x300.png\" style=\"width: 225px; height: 229px; margin: 3px 8px; float: left;\"\/>Similarly, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unesco.org\/new\/es\/unesco\/\">UNESCO<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unicef.es\/cooperacion-internacional\/donar-ong\/hacer-donacion\/emergencia-nutricional-en-el-cuerno-de-africa?gclid=CLXk_pCN5asCFY4htAodBk1SIg\">UNICEF<\/a><\/strong> advocate that:<\/p><blockquote>\n<p>\u00abthe right to education can be realized only in a political and economic context that recognizes the importance of transparent, participatory and accountable processes, as well as a broad-based collaboration, in all sectors of government and society in general.<\/p>\n<p>This right needs along-term strategic commitment to provide adequate resources, create cross structures, bring together energies and capacities from parents and local communities, and build partnerships with non-governmental organizations\u00bb <span style=\"color:#808080;\"><em>(UNICEF\/UNESCO, An approach to education for all based on human rights, 2008).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The governance of education systems is one of the key issues for quality education.
